Return & Refund Policy
We all change our minds or sometimes the product just isn't what you thought it was. We get it. We just ask that you make any returns within 30 days of purchase. You need to have your receipt, all product tags should still be attached, and the product should not have been used. Your purchase should also be in its original condition, including packaging.
If you meet this criteria, we will be happy to process a refund or exchange for any full-priced products. Any refunds must be applied to the same card that was used for the purchase, and we do not offer cash refunds.
How do I make a return?
Regardless of where you purchased your item, you can return it to our postal returns address. You will be responsible for any costs associated with a postal return.
Postal Returns Process
Please complete the following steps to return your product:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or complete the form on the right quoting your order number and your reason for the return.
- Please allow two days for a response from the TITAN team.
- We will send you an email that will include a label that you will need to print and attach to your return parcel.
- Complete and place the returns slip inside the parcel, seal the package and add your address label.
- Take the package to your local Australia Post.
- On receipt of goods, we will refund the amount invoiced or exchange the product as requested.
